Dr. Joseph Rey Bacalso Medical Clinic and Infirmary, also known as JRBMCI, is a licensed healthcare facility of the Department of Health since June 8, 2016.

JRBMCI first started on June 18, 2015 as a medical clinic that offers OPD consultations. Through constant innovations and the desire to improve its services, JRBMCI finally upgraded from a medical clinic to a healthcare facility to address the increasing demands of their patient’s needs.

On April 25, 2016, JRBMCI laboratory was licensed as a Level 2 Laboratory. On May 31, 2016, JRBMCI applied for license to operate and finally got its License to Operate as a Healthcare facility on June 8, 2016, making it as the first licensed private healthcare facility in Carcar City.

As of January 24, 2018, JRBMCI made history as the 1st ISO 9001:2015-certified infirmary in the Philippines.

Through the years, JRBMCI has continued to uphold its Mission, Vision, and Core Values to be the leading Healthcare facility; not just providing  Quality Healthcare Services to our patients but also by developing our personnel to be competent in their profession.
